Building Control Partnership Ltd is a legal entirety and may be referred to in web-pages, documents and legal text as (the Company) or (BCP) or the Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) or (BCA) with our professionals referred to as Registered Building Inspectors (RBI) relevant to the Class of work, interchangeably in the singular or plural.

BCP’s Terms and Conditions and GDPR Data Policy apply to all methods of business, agreements, work Notices and methods of compliance. 

Registered Building Control Approvers are registered by the Health and Safety Executive and the Building Safety Regulator to act as a Building Control Body for the purposes of the Building Act 1984 and the Building Regulations, our engagement, operation and assessment is restricted to these by law.

All referenced documents are available on request, web-pages are in the plural, the singular applies and vice-versa, a gender shall include all other gender.
